Speaking up

We have an open culture within our organisation which encourages our staff and our clients to speak up where they have any concerns about something within our business that isn’t right.

Where a client has a concern, they should raise this concern with the Managing Director of the Firm, or an alternative director where they feel it may be more appropriate. Any concerns raised will be handled in a confidential manner and we are committed to investigating the concern in a timely and independent process.
